Thread: Where can I find a decent house to rent?

i really don't know where you live but there are some decent houses in eagan MN for low prices i was looking for a house for the longest time and found a really nice house in eagan hope this helped

My fiance and I are looking for a nice, cheap house to rent. Rent-to-own is fine as well. We need something with no more than $2000 as a down payment and hopefully no more than $600 a month. Does anyone know how to find something like this? I've googled for different websites, but those all have more expensive homes. And I've tried Craigslist. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

Nice and cheap? On the outskirts of town is your best bet....unless you idea of nice is close to work.

You can try an apartment locator service. They are free and the landlord pays them a small fee if you move in. Never pay for such a service. They locate houses and town houses as well.

Just drive around the neighborhoods you want to live in. For rent signs will be posted around the neighborhoods.

The news paper is an excellent source.

You could buy a house in Las Vegas with your assets. Search on Homes.com You will find a thousand homes for sale in your price range. Now's the time to buy. Things aren't going to get much cheaper than this and.....it's cheaper to buy than rent these days. The first time i've ever seen this in 30 years of trying to buy a home.
