Looking for free sites "other than craigs list" that I can utilize to help sell my home as an owner.
Along with the local newspaper and signs physically at the residence, I'm looking for exposure online as well.
Do an entire website on your house, it's history, it's residents, it's features and attributes. Then market online and locally (do a bit more research on how to do this).
The best exposure is through a real estate company. A good broker in your area has a multitude of web sites they offer exposure to and publications they can put your house in. This is a huge sale. Why try to get around this inexpensively? A good realtor will price your house well and you will be happy when they help you sell it. The commission is a write off and you may get a better price for the house as they know how to price and market it!
Otherwise, craigslist the the only free site. FSBO and BuyOwner and Duffy all cost to list property online.
From my research, the free national RE sites are not well traveled or successful. Craigslist is the only national one I know of that gets traffic. I'd try some local free websites.
FSBOonline.com
There are a couple of hundred of fsbo sites out there.
and
you can sell the house just as good as a blood sucking
agent! No need in them getting paid funds you need.
Especially in this market.
There are thousands of foreclosures on the market. Be
flexible. Be creative.
Check the buyers credit and Lease Option. Take a chunk
of money for about a year and have the price set
prior to the sell.
Good Luck.
