    Whats the difference between the charts on radio 1 and the charts on the commercial stations?

    A. R1 charts r the only OFFICIAL charts.
    B. Yes it affects r1 charts

    If I buy a song off ITunes does that effect any of the charts?

    Well, Radio 1's charts have no adverts and they just countdown the top 40 every sunday. While stations like Capital FM do the same but also have ad breaks and yes, your iTunes downloads affect the charts
