    What's the best way to motivate other people?

    Is it praise, money, gratitude? Please share your thoughts.

    The best way, I would have to go with get them somehow interested in what they are supposed to do.

    I think it ultimately depends on the person, but for most, i know it's not money....i actually watched a related video on this subject just a week ago.

    I agree, i think I speak for everyone when I say I'm most motivated when I'm doing something that 1) i enjoy and 2) that I'm good at ...and 3) it also helps and provides for further motivation if I know what I'm doing is good for a good cause (charity, environmnet..etc..etc)
