Thread: What presents should i make for my friends for christmas?

For this Christmas i was planning on making the gifts that i give to my friends because it can get quite expensive if you buy a gift for everyone. So i was planning on making some scarfs for some of them but i don't have the time to knit a scarf each for about 9 people.I'm creative and my friends said that it would be good if i made their christmas presents so if you've got any ideas that would be really great. all my friends are 15/16 btw.

haha my first answer was knitting a scarf cuz that's what i'm doing i've made three in the past three days. if you set your mind to it it'll go by fast.. but other than that i'd say like making necklaces that have serious meaning. and good quality. or you could sew them pillows my friend did that for me once..

My friends are around the same ages and I usually make gifts too.

You could make:

A sweets package (A box of cookies, chocolates, cakes, squares, and other baked goods)

A Picture frame: Find great pics of you and your friends and like put them in a picture frame that you could like decorate with gems, ribbons, stickers or things that represent your inside jokes

Jewelery: You could buy supplies and like make them beaded or Polymer Clay necklaces, bracelets or rings then put them in like a knitted little bag or something.

Scrabble wall decoration: Find old scrabble boards/buy some (relatives/ thrift stores/ yard sales/ toy stores) then use scrabble letters to make words that describe your friends (ie creative, passionate, love, cheerful, athletic, unique, talented, musical etc)

Or maybe make like a huge christmas - picnic style lunch for everyone and just have everyone together and like get them pictures/candy canes and other little things

im makin my friends head bands with bows! gl mag! take a regular head band cheap or not doesnt matter< wrap it in ribbon hot glue the ends and hot glue a crazy tie dye bow on top woala!

How bout you make a collage of pictures of you and that person. and put it in a pretty Christmas frame.. It would be less than 10 dollars a person.And something cute they could put in their room~~ (:
