Thread: What is the name of the movie where the educated people stopped breading and the world got dumber?

I didn't care for the movie but want to reference it in a paper I am writing for grad school. The people who are educated stopped having kids for fear of not being ready or financially stable while these people portrayed as idiots, kept having kids. In turn the world got disgustingly messy and gross.
