Two are out of state, and one is in-state. Is it cheaper to call the florist directly?
This is for mother's day.
Thanks!
When you contact the #800 florists they take your order down then pass it along to a florist that is local to the recipients' address. Then repeat your order to them. If the person who took your order down made a mistake and tells the local florist the wrong order you may never know about the mix up! And flowers aren't cheap... (How often do people call and describe the bouquet you ordered for them??)
The other advantage to calling locally is that if they have an abundance of particular flowers in then you can ask for a special rate or request a larger bouquet for the same price.
Last tip; do not tell the florist that you are out of town. Let them believe you will be visiting soon or are already there. If they believe you will be checking your arrangement in person. it will look just as you had asked for. This also helps to ensure your flowers arrive on time.
Good Luck
