What is the halal method to obtaining a slave?

Slavery is now outlawed, but suppose it was to be re-introduced. How would it be determined who will become a slave and who will become a slavemaster, and what is the halal method of acquiring a slave?

Is there something in the quran which says slavery can't be re-introduced in this type of age?
Dawn- slavery existed a few decades ago in Saudi Arabia. How does the abrogation work?
Vegeta- Yes the Islamic view of slavery is similar to the Jewish view of it, where the slaves are happy and have many rights. But my question is how could I hypothetically obtain one by halal means.

No slaves. Islam encourages slaves to be set free: "Wa tahriro raqaba". Means to free a slave.

slavery has been abrogated, sorry your question isnt valid,,

    Edit
your probably talking about menservants, they still exist and get paid, i see no problem in it

    To cool for Islam
what do you think of a Hadeeth, does it work out?

still provided nothing to make you judge i chose and pick, and what does hijab have to do with abrogation?

Hadeeth came to explain what was unclear to be understood, not to twist the Qur'an

No, Islam in no way prohibits slavery. That's just a fact that all Muslims should acknowledge. But it does encourage granting slaves freedom. Encourage, not obligate. Then it also sets ways to obtain new slaves. Through wars. Prisoners of wars can be enslaved. Female prisoners of war can be slept with without their consent according to the Quran and hadiths. But in practice not all Muslims agree with that.

If Allah was really against slavery, he would have said it clearly in the Quran.

Dawn- What verse exactly abrogates the keeping of slave?

Since your just picking and choosing, I guess women who argue the Hijab is not required according to the Quran are also in their rights to say the verse about the requirement of Hijab has been "abrogated"?

Dawn- If it is authentic then I will believe it but then it will make feel as though Muhammad is superior to Allah because his Hadiths decided how to "twist" the Quran.

Almighty God has abolished slavery in the Qur'an by methods such as freeing a slave whenever someone sinned or didn't carry out Hajj rites correctly, etc.
