Thread: What do you think about the Jet Blue passenger who claims he was forced to sit in the bathroom?

Do you believe the flight attendant would take his seat?
I don't believe the story. If he expects to get paid, he better have some good witnesses. I travel for my job and I have flown out to CA many times. No way would they make him sit on the toilet! I tried to go to the bathroom a few times when the fasten seatbelt sign is on and they didn't care if had an accident. I had to stay in my seat. I think this guy made this up to get money.

I smell a lawsuit! ( I made a joke) I guess you would have to have been there.

i hope he wins. its not his fault the attendant got uncomfortible, and he offered to take her seat.

5 hours is a long time in a bathroom, and that would be very degrading.

He's a moron for going in there. I guess if the Pilot said jump out of the plane. He would of cause he's a nit wit. He had a choice to say no and stay seated.

Jet Blue misunderstood the man. He said , " I want to sit near the Knitter."

I don't believe urban legends and if this did happen, then wait to find out the details before acting on commenting on it.

The guy has a point, but $2 mil is out of line.

Perhaps vouchers for 10 RT tickets anywhere Jet Blue flies.

i wish i knew the rest of the story, but based on what little i know. he doesn't have a case.
why did they asked him to move? how did they force him to move? why did he moved? he simply should have said no and stayed seated where he was. i would have then secured names and numbers of the passengers that were around me for support as well as witnesses. and at the very least get that flight attendant fired, or written up and/or another free flight.
2million dollars he won't get jack.
