What are the advantages of having an upright piano rather than a digital one?

I am looking into getting a Hamilton by Baldwin upright piano and a Yamaha Clavinova CLP-320 and I am just very indecisive. Which one should I get? What are the good things of getting the upright piano and the good things about getting the Clavinova? Thanks in advance

The sound. Nothing can truly sound like a piano unless it IS a piano. Also, the key weight and action. Even if the digital has " weighted" keys it will never sound the same. Go with the upright. Trust me.
