    How do I paint my nails in a really cute way?

    I have nails that are just above my fingers. Ihave been wanting to do this for awhile. Please help! I totally SUCK at painting my nails. Any tips?

    Use glitter nail polish! Nicole by OPI has a bunch of glitter polishes. You can paint each nail a different fun neon color. Also do fun nail art
