How do I find help for my children can have a christmas?

I have recently been layed off work. I have 3 children 1 year old daughter, a 11 year old daughter, and my 15 year old stepson. My husband and I are getting unemployment but that is not enough to even pay our monthly bills. Please help me locate someone to help me.

Try your local Churches, and Salvation Army. Get your name on lists that need help. Maybe you will get lucky and get a job before too long. Even if it isn't in your chosen field, keep looking and trying.

chuches and shelters have lists where another family can adopt yours.... you have1 under five so look into WIC as well it'll atleast help with milk cheese and eggs, cereal... with a family of five i believe you have to bring in less than 4,000 or so in month...

First of all I am sorry that you have been put into this situation so near to Christmas time I really do sympathise with you. Like so many families, Christmas is a difficult time financially. I would explain to your two oldest children the situation and be honest with them. Tell them that because things are a little diificult you may not be able to spend as much as you would like on them this Christmas but will make up for it when you both return into work. The youngest will be happy with whatever she receives as a 1 year old. Usually this is a good time to get employment as retailers become busier they recruit more staff so take a look around your local businesses and ask at the Job Centre plus. In the meantime research all the benefits that you may be intitled to as a couple. Think about having a car boot sale to raise money. Ask your family and friends for any bric a brac to donate or items thay no longer need and sell them. It's amazing what people will buy! As for presents take a look around at stores that sell product nearly new/ good condition second hand or consider ordering from a catalogue agent friend where you can spread the cost over the year, but be realistic in your spending. Good luck with searching for work.

First make sure you go apply for Wic for the 1 year old, Apply for food stamps and medicaid for you and your children everyone needs help once and awhile. See how you sign up for toys for tots for your little one, call a local church they may have a program or know where you can go. Good luck and Im so sorry I will be praying for you and your family God Bless.

Some Churches will help and if you call your city hall they should be able to tell you who to talk to about getting help for the family for Christmas.
Preys and thoughts for you and family and hope you get the help you need.

Maybe you can pay a visit to http://www.ebest24.com. Maybe something would be affordable for you. Because they are at the lowest price while with the same quality. Hope you can find a good job later. Best wishes!
