I'm very interested in everything to do with particle physics, but I don't know where I should begin. What is the best subject to start researching?
It would be great if you have website, documentariy, or book recommendations on the subject.

If you want some prerequisites to particle physics, I suggest studying waves, as a lot of the phenomena observed involving tiny particles is due to 'matter waves'.
Also, you may want to learn about the fundamental particles (bosons, quarks, and leptons), as well as the interactions that take place between them.
I suggest looking in a library for any books on the subject, although they may be a bit technical.
start understanding the math, the physics comes easy after that
