Thread: Why is the largest population of Blacks in the South if it supposed to be racist central?

Why are Northerners and West coasters so ill informed about the center of the country and the South?

Because the most racist places in America are her inner cities not the South. Its a lie.

The southern states typically vote Republican, so Democrats feel they need to remind everyone that they're all a bunch of racist leftovers from the civil war.

Have you been to the trailer parks in the south, all white and where the tea party was first created. They started with their confederate flags and handed out sparkly hats and away they went with common sense. Speaking in tongues, waving their bibles and screaming down with minorities. Oh yea thats where they are.

If you didn't know, at one point slavery was really big in the south. When the international slave trade was outlawed southerners started breeding their own slaves. At one point in SC there were more slaves than white people. The way they kept control was to condition the slave never to leave the plantation. So after the Civil War ended only the most adventurous blacks or the one ones that hated whites the most left. But the majority of the slaves stayed put (remember their conditioning). Anyway they went on to have kids and their kids had kids and so on, now the largest percentage of blacks can be found in the south.

And the south is pretty racist. I don't think that's even debatable. There are some truly good, kind heated people in the south, don't get me wrong, but racism in the south is alive and well and it's a cultural thing people teach their kids early to "know their place".

Cause they have an established community there and can feel less lonely when compared to the West or North where there are less blacks.

will how long ago did you guys have segregation the rest of the country was not doing that or anything like it.
