Time for Americans withdraw your bases from Britain including Fylingdales which has given America advanced warning of nuclear attack since the early 1950's and of course your intelligence bases such as the giant National Security Agency base at Menwith Hill, and the Joint Analysis Centre at Molesworth, the US communications base at Croughton, your bomber base at Fairford, weapons store at Welford and of course the two massive USAF bases at Mildenhall and Lakenheath. If you like we can give you a hand packing, like the French did in the 1960's when they told yu to get out.
