1. What percentage of the United States Critical Infrastructure is owned by the private sector?

It's almost entirely under private ownership . 90% at least.

We should get the real facts after the census of how much is owned by foreign countries if Congress tells the truth but they are known liars so thats why we are voting a 1/3 of them out of office this year
