    What makes child modeling websites any different than child porn?

    I don't know what websites you're looking at, but yes sounds like porn to me. Very disturbing!!!

    In these websites children are posing with legs spread open wide and are wearing thong underwear. They are posed in provocative sexual positions. The websites even solicit sexual words like "hot". How is this any different than child porn websites besides the fact that one is legal and one is not?

    Under the law, if there is no actual depiction of sexual acts or actual depiction of intimate parts, it is not.

    My opinion is that they are child porn. For some reason they are not considered that because no genitalia is showing. To me this is not a requirement for pornography. The sexual nature of the poses is enough to meet my criteria for pornography. I have no moral or legal issue with pornography involving adults, but I think the sites you speak of are morally reprehensible and the ought to be illegal.
