Thread: What ever happened to the drug dealer in Texas who claimed to have been hired to murder Barbara Jordan?

He said he was supposed to make it plausible as a suicide, so he shoved her wheelchair into a swimming pool. He seems to have disappeared from the face of the earth.

He got a promotion and moved out of the State.

I remember his name was "Danny Boy", but don't know what happened to him. That was a long time ago, you're supposed to "get over it", "move on", "It's time to put that behind us", etc. etc. He implied that it was highly placed Texas Republicans behind it, so is is probably sleeping with the fishes in the Gulf. Or if you have ever eaten Gulf shrimp, you may have met him, internally.

I believe he was killed while resisting arrest very shortly after going public.
