What could have been done to avoid the failures and expand the successes of Reconstruction in 1865-1877?

I need at least three legit reasons at how the failures could have been avoided and how the successes be expanded. Please do not give any answers that are stupid. Thank You.

Consider if not wag question that The Internationale Song plus requesting alliance with Mexico and Canada before the war to end it before reconstruction. Then the promotion of a Southern Green Party critical of monoculture and standing for protection of water sheds from mining and also against intense logging elsewhere in the U.S.A. The party could then include the votes of citizens in Canada and Mexico.
Then if it could be seen The Human Declaration of Rights and more votes from South America and an American Union plus instead of U.S. soldiers in the south ones which could be seen as neutral.
Perhaps at time something like U.N. not seen but reconstruction might have been better if it had been since Southerners could not claim Northern tyranny. In addition The Communist Manifesto and the watershed protection could have been of use. Communal land and money.
English versions were in print in 1877 so only good for last year of reconstruction after war .

1.The government couldn't control the corruption of relief money sent to the south to rebuild railroads and schools. The Northerners dispersing the money were pocketing it instead of giving it to the south. That should've been tackled.

2.Unfair taxes on southern landowners. The north should've done fair taxes on the rich.

3 Property interests were in danger because the laboring class was ignorant and would vote to raise taxes significantly. The massive black and white uneducated south was not address properly.
