During the cold war there were several 'mistakes' that could have set off a nuclear exchange between the Soviets and the USA.
Today China has many IBM's pointed at us, and if the quality of some of their manufactured exports is any indication of quality control, it scares me to think of the failsafe systems for their deadly weaponry! Need I be concerned?
Perhaps they are nowhere as developed as I fear they are. I would appreciate any enlightening. Thanks.
Do they have automatic systems like the Soviets did ? How concerned should I be about a 'mistake' ?
