How much can you get when you sue for housing discrimination?

I have a case as well as the other 5 members in my family, it has been reported to HUD already. We were discriminated against having too many kids so they would not rent us an apartment. How much is it possible to sue for and does it count for each family member even each child?

Let's see... After Court Costs, Lawyers & Legal Fees- I'd say you could EACH get anywhere's from $1.50 to $1.75 apiece- after 5 years of litigation... Of course, if the price of anything should happen to go UP over that time period- the amount could be Less... But, -you NEVER know...

Housing discrimination litigation isn't particularly lucrative. You will probably get the amount you lost by having to rent somewhere else.
