A question about Battle of Marathon

Who betrayed the greeks in battle of marathon?

    Additional Details

The Greeks won the battle, but one of them signaled the Persian army that Athens is undefended. Who was that person?
I know the answer is not "Ephialtes". My professor told me it's a different person. He betrayed the Greeks in battle of Thermopylae

A member of a prominent family was stated, by Herodotus, to have given a signal with his hsield, but I don't believe the specific individual was ever named.
