Thread: How would you start a research paper about the superstitions and witchcraft during the Elizabethan Era?

Try not to imply in your writing that you are judging what people believed then from an anachronistic modern, perspective - i.e even though today we would dismiss witchcraft as irrational superstition, to an Elizabethan the notion of a witch living in the next town would have seemed less illogical and so we cannot write off all those people as "superstitious" in the modern sense.
