Thread: What are your best tips on taking your mind off something?

For Christmas my parents got me an Xbox 360 Elite. I can't wait all that time and can't stop thinking about it. Want to get my mind off it so time goes quicker. Any tips?

Read all the stories about how disappointing the 360 was until you go insane

Study. Repetitive complex tasks such as doing math or maybe some kind of manual skill (learning guitar or something) requires too much concentration for you to obsess on other things.

What ever it is, try to come to terms with it. If you know that it?s a certainty that your parents are getting you it then, you can concentrate on the things your getting other people.

Get a Girlfriend
If u cant get one
Hang with your friends
Think about better consoles
Watch t.v
Play some online game on the computer
Think of a hobby to do!!!
