So summer is just around the corner, and since last summer I have gained some weight so my chest has become a little flabby. I am trying to get a six pack before July...so what is the easiest to exercise my abs?
crunches, cardio, go to the hym, and most of all eat right stay away from fast foods and lessen salt in your diet. try to do about 4 diferent sit up techniques a day and do about 60 a day to get results in a week or so
Who wants to avoid fast food? Not I. It's mainly based on dedication, run a little walk a little, and crunches should do the trick.
I would say interval training...
It can supercharge your fitness, boost your metabolism, burn off that extra fat and start reaching those goals that you have set yourself.
Interval training is basically exercise which consists of activity at high intensity for a period of time, followed by low intensity exercise for a period of time. These 'sets' are repeated.
cardio is a must and it's really simple...you can even use a home trainer and watch tv...but it's important to use a pulse watch/ monitor to train effective. you need to train at 60-70 % of your maximum heart rate. you maximum heart rate = 220- your age. train at least 3 times a week for 45 minutes (8 minutes for warm-up, 8 for cool-down). an easy exercises for the abs is called "abdominal bicycle".for concrete instrcutions, check out:
