What can be done to prevent constant sickness in a family?

My sister has three kids. She and her kids have been constantly sick for three months now. Strep throat, colds, flu, fevers. It never ends. The children are 7 (he's in school), 4, and 2. Are there actions she can take to break the infection cycle in her home?

yes! clean the house from top to bottom. use bleach and vinegar. make sure there is no trash, bugs, smells around. wash the sheets and blankets.use lysol on the mattresses make sure there is no mold in the house. like coming from the basement or in the walls. vacuum behind all of the furniture.

2nd. eat healthy. lots of fruit and veggies. drink plenty of water eat 5-6 small meals a day. get plenty of sleep. go outside and get fresh air.

do they have pets? maybe the animal is making them sick? take it to a vet. hope this helped.

Usually when a person is sick its there immune system's responsibility to fight it and help the body stay healthy. Maybe try taking organic food and fruits which helps immune system.

Something like berries, green tea, ginseng, water(to remove them).

try this and if it doesn't helps then see a GOOD doctor, a doctor who isn't ready to prescribe medicine even before u completed telling everything.

    Hope i helped.
