Say it's about time for your period to come but it hasn't, or you hope to hold it off for just a day or so because you may be doing a lot of walking(I went to Cedar Point for a class trip and my period starting that very morning, I had major cramps and felt weak). What can a girl do?
I hear walking a lot can help make it come sooner, and I think that's the same with standing a lot. While being stressed can prolong it. What else can you do?
