    What is the best way to gain weight safely?

    Cutting a long story short, I want to put on a stone to bulk up for nxt footbal season. Any suggestions of a safe way to do so?

    Seriously just eat a ton. Lift really heavy weight and eat tons. Peanut butter, and meat. If you want to stay lean, don't eat tons of bread and potatoes. If you don't care if it's fat weight, eat potatoes, bread, milk. Stuff like that should help.

    Honestly its pretty simple. Just eat more food, and buy a good weight gainer shake for nighttime. I'm not sure if you care about fat gain, but if you want to minimize that, keep yur protien and carbs high, and your fats moderate, and cut off your carbs a few hours before you go to bed. Of course you will gain some fat, its inevitable, but if you eat smart and drink protein shakes and weight gainers, it will be minimum, and stay away fromthe fast food, as it will pack the pounds on, but not the type of pound that most guys want.     Ok so there are lots of different ways to gain weight!
    1) ( the most common) eat more, go out with friends to mac Donald's, stay home watch tv.... kinda be lazy! or you could eat more chocolate and now exercise as much!
    2) (the quicker way... not really safe) You can go to a surgery to inject fat in all the places you want really
    3) Eat loads of high calorie foods or have snacks between meals (cookies, apples, chocolat)

    If you chose one of these you will gain some weight in about 2-4 weeks

    all these answers are correct but the best way is to workout do a program look on bodybuilding.com for a workout then eat a lot. Track your calories on caloriecount.about.com and you can see how much protein you get. go on bb.com and find a calorie counter to see how much you need to eat then eat 500 more. A good way to get in extra calories is ON pro Complex gainer. a bit pricy but its got a TON of calories about 750 and 60 of protein which is awesome im getting some once i get money. but dont buy at GNC they will screw you hard on price
