I gained a bit of waight this school year around my thighs and i was wondering what i should do... And if anyone has any good easy HEALTHY fast acting diet tips- please help

some other tips to lose weight:
-Drink lots of water (many times when you feel hungry, its just because you are dehydrated. therefore keeping hydrated will keep you from overeating)
-Sleeping more helps you maintain a healthier weight
-Exercising regularly (mixture of weight bearing exercise and cardio workouts is best) is really the only way to get the weight off and keep it off.
-To look less "bloated" if you are worried about appearance, eat grapefruit, it is a natural diuretic and can help you to feel and appear less bloated. As well as vinegar.
-fried foods and carbohydrates are the main cause of belly-fat, so they should be avoided.
