How necessary or important do you feel it is to disclose all previous medical related info to a new dr?

For instance if you has a procedure done or treatment for something that isn't bearing any future health needs or concerns do you tell them?

Or perhaps a miscarriage, that is something that could have potenial future risks so should one disclose something like that?

It is best to give your doctor EVERYTHING. You would be amazed how much effect and how much of a light a seemingly minor procedure can shine on future health concerns.

A miscarriage is also very important for future fertility business.

You should tell your doctor everything. You do not have a medical degree and are therefore unfit to judge what may and may not have an effect on your future health. Your doctor, on the other hand, does have a medical degree and is there to help you. If you don't tell him or her everything, you are undermining your own health.
