Goal date too agressive. Your goal date has been modified to allow you to lose a maximum of 2 pounds per week.

You should consume about 1,209 calories a day to reach your goal weight of 127 lbs by October 01, 2009.

Experts recommend weight loss at the rate of 0.5-2 lbs/week. Remember that this estimate is based on your body weight, height, age, gender, and activity level. It may vary slightly depending on other factors.

Generally, women should not consume any less than 1,200 calories per day, and men should not consume less than 1,500 calories per day

if you are 167 you should not lose any wieght.. ha ha...

ok rule of thumb 1st 5 ft = 100 lbs, every inch after is 5 lbs an inch so that is 100 + 45 = 145 would be a good wieght for you. give or take 5 lbs.
