Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. I want to know it all.
I weight 120 and my goal weight is 110. I have been eating 1200 calories a day for like 4 weeks now. Here is a typical day diet for me.
Breakfast:1 cup Oatmeal with 3 teaspoons sugar.
Lunch: Salad with dressing on the side.
Dinner: 4 oz. lean meat 1cup carrots 1cup green beans.
And for snacks throughout the day I will eat apple,orange,celery and some fruits and veggies like that!
It is all about portion control eat less like half of what you normally would eat! That is the key.
i weigh 240 pounds which is 17stones which is 107kg.
breakfast: cereal with low fat milk and no sugar and 2 fruits or toast and egg with two fruits.
lunch: salad with chicken and 1 fruit or soup with bread.
dinner rice with chicken and veg or fish with rice and veg with 2 fruits.
as for what i drink i drink promax mixed with milk 4times a day.
and a cup of water every 1hour and in the morning i will drink promax and then a red bull.
but i eat every 2 hours before training and after training, they are small portions so i will eat fish every two hours for one day and then chicken every 2 hours the next then back to fish the third day and so on.
and i also work out for 4-5 hours a day 6 days a week.
