well if you want to see results your going to need to eat a healthy balanced diet.if you dont eat and you work out you will actually gain more weight in the end.its good that your working out but start out slow.try eating 6 small meals a day with lots of veges fruit chicken tuna ect.u seem like you got it down tho because of what your cutting out.just make sure your eating enough because your body needs it in order to have energy to work out.it wont happen over night eather.i use to be 280 pounds and am now 150.it took 1 year to loose it.im sure your not looking to loose that much but know that it dose take time.and the beginning always sux.the more you work out the easyer it gets.also try fitting a workout plan into your everyday schedual.like maybe try walking home from school if possible.i wish you the best luck and if you have any questions feel free to ask.
