How do you whiten your teeth without going to the dentist?

I don't want to go to the dentist, but is there like a way to whiten your teeth yourself, or naturally?

Yeah you can try baking soda and peroxide.
I am personally a little bit skeptical about it. I just went for commercial teeth whiteners..

From what we have on the market pretty good option is Pro Teeth Whitener? http://tiny.cc/QcTTy you can see the effect pretty fast. I am using it myself. Just use the free samples if you don?t like it don?t buy it. There are plenty of other like Easy White Labs http://tiny.cc/5BHi3 . I tried it only once but some of my friends said that it delivers the quickest results. As advertisement suggests ?effect in 5 days? ( probably a little bit longer unless you have quite white teeth already). I heard a lot of about Denta White http://tiny.cc/cfpq1 . But i haven?t tried it, so can?t say for sure how effective it is.

Anyway whatever whitener you choose it?s quite effective and cheap solution. It?s just some suggestions. You can get free samples from nearly all of them if you are in US or CA.. and avoid going to dental clinic (that isn't such a bad thing just expensive )

Or just go through web sites and order free samples from several of them.

    I hope this will help,
    Willy
