Well, if you really want to know, recently I've had food poisoning, so I've been on a low fat meat, rice, lot of liquids, lots of fruit kind of diet. I gotta tell you, I know what you mean about the love handles, I used to have them. Well they're GONE. And all in 3 weeks. The problem is my weight dropped too fast and now it's taking its toll on my health, I'm dizzy a lot. So about the food issue, just try to eat healthier, more fruit, lots of liquids, watch your sugar intake, go jogging, whatever, just try to sweat a lot. Bike riding and skateboarding did wonders for my thighs, but you can't rush it, I've been doing it for like 4 years... Of course, if you do keep at it, you'll get there faster than that surely.
