Thread: Who agrees Facebook is a waste of time and it ruins relationships and families?

People dont interact face to face anymore, noone meets new GF or BF in person naymore, the whole world revolves around Facebook. Its lame and so many people fall out over it?

Yeah..but it was also a way me & my bestfriend stayed in touch when she moved away for 3 years and keeps me in touch with alot of people,and got me intouch with lots of new people from years ago when i needed new friends,so speak for yourself.Yeah it ruins things but thats not the only thing it does.

If any of your relationships failed, then it's your own fault. You can't blame Facebook. You chose to use it. I live in another country. It brings my old friends, and my family and I closer.

Yeah i agree, it was so much better when people never went on it.
People are always falling out now because of it & formspring is just as bad.

I totally agree with you everyone is constantly on facebook. . . . . . it's pretty much an addiction! Why can't people talk to each other face-to-face?

Honestly the only reason I have mine is so that I can play the games when I'm bored. It does cause problems in relationships - I saw that first hand on several occasions.

I would have to agree with you. People are so dramatic about EVERYTHING on Facebook, and FB has become more important to most of these people than real life! Its incredibly pathetic when a person values their Facebook status over the real world.

i have to agree with LAan or however you spell it. i met some of my old high school friends on there and now we hang out a lot. Facebook is great for me bc my family is in cali and thats how i can contact them and see pictures of the great cali life.
