Thread: When is the appropriate time to start groing a playoff beard?

I'm a Cowboys fan, and want to grow a playoff beard as a show of solidarity. But when should I stop shaving? The regular season ends today, but the first playoff game is on Saturday, and the first Cowboys game isn't until the weekend after that? It has to be one of these three times, but I'm unsure which. Any thoughts, internet?

Too late actually. You start your beard once you are IN the playoffs. Besides this isn't the NHL.
