    What are some tips for doing the rainbow?

    I have been trying to do it by watching someone else, but I can't get the footwork right. Any tips?

    I have been playing soccer for almost too long to count. IT TOOK ME TWO YEARS TO TOTALLY PERFECT THIS MOVE! One thing that most people don't know is that you have to scoop the ball about 4 in. above the back of your foot, and then back-kick it right out of the air. Hopefully, this doesn't take you TWO YEARS.

    go to www.viewdo.com
    then click sports
    scroll down to soccer
    then click rainbow
    he should give you the basics.
