Thread: What is the most easiest way to learn hacky sack?

i need to learn how to play but i dont know how to. any help? i also need to know the easiest way to break in the hacky sack.

kick it around for an hour a day. keep practicing and youll get better. there really isnt much to learn. a group of people stand in a circle, one throws it up and it is kicked around the circle off the side of the foot.
