I have donated to the Red Cross fund. I hope you can all get back on your feet as soon as possible. I wish you all the best.

Fires are horrible disasters, as a former victim myself I can only say, it takes time and work, and sometimes feels like your not really getting anywhere, each day you climb out of the ashes a little more and there is a light at the end. It'll take time, but you will see the sunshine through the darkness of the ashes again.
Our prayers are with you all.
All Australian's are with you and they all are praying for you. We all join hand in hand to help each other to make life better. God will bring peace and harmony and you will have light again in your life. So be strong in this hour and time as God is with you.
All Australians are standing beside you and we all are with you in this pain.
That Australia is behind them 100%. You can see just by watching on the TV that everyone is doing there best to help out. No one is ever prepared fully for this sort of tragedy.
We live close to Geelong and could see the smoke, it was terrifying, and the winds were so strong.
Imagine trying to escape a fire ball travelling at 170km per hour, black smog all over the road and your car becoming a fernis. People getting into spa's and water tanks were boiled alive, its heart breaking.
The person responsible for these fires should be locked up. God I wish capital punishment was still around. I hope they are consumed with guilt right now, they should prepare themselves to become australia's most hated. If jail doesn't kill them, i'm sure someone else will.
It's not only the families that have been torn apart but family pets and wildlife have also perished.
It's a tragic, unimaginable disaster and I feel deeply for all these victorians.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all please know that all over Australia peoples thoughts and prayers are with you.
Our heart goes out to you
I cried listening to the accounts of those who have lost loved ones. The pictures of devastation and grief are heartbreaking. Even though the fires have not effected my family or I, they have touched me profoundly - I am sure there is not an Australian in the country who is not feeling this right now - our thoughts are with you.
im so sorry for your loss and i know the thoughts and wishes of all Australia are with you all in your time of need and I know that its in times like this that brings our great country together
its absolutely horrifying that people could even think of lighting fires on such hot days let alone actually doing it and i hope they never let them out of prison for the rest of the days
i am thinking of u all and have u in my prayers
As i watch the internet today on Victorian Bush fires, tears fell down from my cheeks. There is hope if you believe in Jehovah God Almighty that even if your properties and your loved ones have gone.In Psalms 34:18 says"Jehovah is near to those you are broken hearted; and those who are crushed in spirit he saves"and in 2 Corinthians 1:3 reads"Blessed be the God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of Tender Mercies and the God of all comforts.
I am on a disability pension, and managed to donate to the Red Cross. I have also donated blood and started collecting toiletries, towels, sheets, toys etc.from friends, for when the immediate danger is over and people start to rebuild.
Not everyone can afford massive donations, but remember every little bit helps. Please consider donating any amount you can afford, no matter how small..
To the people who have suffered, lost family and friends, lost their homes and their livelihoods, my heart breaks. I can't even begin to imagine how you feel. I can say that you are in my thoughts every day. Australia is right there with you, and we feel your pain and share in it with you. I will make every effort I can to help you in any way possible. If you need, ask. I and the rest of Australia will give you what you need.
To the firefighters and those volunteering to help with food and drink for the firefighters, all the businesses who have given goods and money, the wonderful charity organisations helping these poor souls, and all those amazing medical staff who are dealing with devastation we could never have imagined, there are no words that describe how much you are appreciated. Without you, we would all be facing so much more horror, devastation and pain. Thank you.
