    Braise it

Braise - This cooking method is used for less tender meats. The meat is browned slowly and thoroughly on all sides, then a small amount of liquid is added to the pan, the pan is covered, and the meat is simmered over very low heat until very tender.

the other answerer is correct--braising any meat will tenderize it and keep it juicy. do you have a crockpot? if so, season the meat with salt and pepper, and sear it on all sides in a bit of oil to brown. then put in the crockpot with some beef broth, and let it cook. you can't go wrong with this method; the meat will be falling apart when it's done.
