Thread: What color highlights work best with black hair?

I have really dark brown, almost black hair naturally, and I'm wondering which color looks the most natural and best on me. Thank you!

a lighter brown color would be noticeable without over doing it

Blonde works best, but red/pink, light blue, green, almost any light color works well. Try to avoid brown and grey, though.

don't go for blonde or any light colour if you want to look natural. go for dark or lightish red. hope i helped
