Thread: What is it called when a stylist gives you a cut/color based on your features?

My stylist may not be able to work anymore due to medical reasons. I trust her completely and never even make any requests on the cut/color, just go with what she thinks is best for me. She also stays up on what is new and hot. If I have to find a new stylist, I want one who will do the same. Any tips on what to look for/ask?

Your stylist should be able to refer you to a colleague whom she thinks will take good care of you. If she doesn't, start asking your friends or co-workers who they recommend. Another great way to find a stylist is simply to ask someone whose style you like, where they get their hair done.
