theres no such thing that speeds up ur whole computer for gaming.

best u can do is make ur operating system faster
which will boost ur games performance too.

close unnecessary backgrround tasks
close unnecessary windows services
do disk cleanup
do disk defragments
do disc checks
do scans for viruses/spywares/adwares/malwares.

update videocard/soundcard drivers.

and if u want to make ur computer faster a bit
ull have to overclock ur parts
but i suggest u research more into overclocking parts
cause its risky if u dont know what ur doing
and could fry the part ur trying to overclock.
