I'm not sure I completely understand the question. Do you mean H2H or Roto? I think H2H is better for two people. There are even new formats of fantasy games that are set up as 2 person H2H. I just started playing on one and got extremely addicted. You play for 1 day only, using a salary cap to create your team. That way you never have to deal with your players having days off, cause you have a new team every night. I think that is the most fair way for just 2 people.
