How to not get the burning sensation in throat while running?

When I run in gym, I get this burning sensation in my throat and I lose my
breath in about 2 minutes. I want to know how I can stop the feeling because it
would help me run faster. Please Help Me.

want to stop breathing out of your mouth use only your nose to breath and do sprints after every lap say about a 100 yard sprint that will build your breathing capacity and will bring your speed and endurance up lots

You need to condition your lungs. Each time you run, make sure you are going at a comfortable pace... one that you can talk while you are moving. Everytime you get out there (I'd say it should be minimum 3-4 days a week) push yourself to go a little bit further. Don't smoke. Breath in your nose and out of your mouth and pay attention to your breaths. Goood luck.
