How many more years will LeBron last before a major injury?

Take into consideration the huge amount of weight he is carrying on his frame and all the jumping he does.

Most basketball players have a slighter frame causing much less stress on the joints and especially the knees.

Big men typically have big-time knee problems in their careers from just the huge amount of weight, and they don't even jump much.

Maybe he'll get injured 1 time throughout his whole career... He is so explosive, and fast & one day it will result in an injury. A fast break...

I don't think he'll ever succumb to a major injury. Even though he jumps a lot he's pretty careful about when and where he does it. His body often already takes a beating when he goes to the basket so I'm sure he expects it. The only way I can think of an injury happening is if someone takes a cheap shot at him.

In the unlikelyhood that a major injury should happen, I think he would bounce back (no pun intended) easily because he's in such good shape physically. Many star players, like Karl Malone, have never had major injuries because of their durability. It definitely pays to take care of your body in the NBA.

i think 3-6 more years because he weight so much so if he get a major injury is going to be harder and harder to recover as he get older

What kind of a question is this?

LeBron's bones are made of steel. He falls about 3 times in every game, and jumps back up.

i think his durability might be shortened a little because of how hard hes using his body right now. he is heavy and all the years of insane jumping starting at age 18 is heavy on the body, considering he plays almost every game every season. the thing is when hes like 29 he might develop a good jumpshot(cause honestly hes a streak shooter not a pure shooter, big diffrence)and learn to rely more on shots then taking it hard to the rim all the time. all great players do this

I think you are missing the fact that Lebron is perhaps the most superior athlete ever to play in NBA, All American in football and basketball, he is build to take punishement, if he hasnt had an injury before age 21-22 then most likely he wont have one until he's 30

so I would say he has another 5 season of good health, plus he plays carefully not like Wade where he throws his body around

the man (FREAK OF NATURE) is too big for his size, give it a couple of years and he will start having knee problems... all these kids now in the NBA r all freaks in size (lebron, blake griffen, mike beasley, etc..) its like every1 can play 4 positions on the court now
