How long after getting stitches taken out do I not have to worry about the licking?

My dog was spayed last week and had her stitches taken out yesterday. She only tries to lick at it about 5 times a day. It doesn't seem to be opening or infected.

I've had stitches and it felt itchy when it was healing, so it could be the same for your dog. As she's not really bothering it I wouldn't worry.

The stitches are out so that means that it's HEALED. No need to worry about anything.

As she has had her stitches taken out the wound will be fully healed so she want do any harm . Of course you don't want her consently licking the area as she will cause irration and make it sore but licking it 5 times a day want hurt.
