Thread: How do you tell the difference between you liking the person and caring for the person?

I cannot tell the difference whether i care or love a girl or not. I can care for a lot of people that I don't know which one i actually like.
I can even don't sleep at all for anybody just because i care.

the one who you'd go out of your way for. the one who would call you at 2am crying and you'd go down there in the freezing rain for to talk to outside for an hour even though you have the most important job interview ever at 8am

Caring is a good place to start. And love, is unconditional. You would still want to be by her if she were sick, poor, or bald with a wig. It's when you start caring for them more then you and you wish for them to be the person they were made to be.

They are just words, so it depends how much meaning you personally associate with the words.

liking means you're infatuated. if doesn't necessarily mean you know the person well, but you'd like to.

caring means you know that person and generally like them, maybe more than a friend.

when you love a girl, you'll know.
