Suits have been dry cleaned and creases still show.

dry cleaners rarely press your suit to perfection after they are done cleaning it, so its no surprise the will leave creases. happens to my suits all the time.

you can spray the are and iron it.

better solution, get a wet rag, put it over a crease and iron over it, developing a bit of steam.

best solution: go on ebay, and buy a really inexpensive portable steamer ( less than $20 including s/h) it does the job perfectly every time ( unless its a synthetic polyester suit)

A fabric steamer would be the best option. If you don't have one, take the suit back to the tailor and ask them to steam it.
